IMO, completely inappropriate, especially comments about their parents being selfish. In no way, shape or form is that an appropriate message from a teacher, ever. Another example of people who aren't smart enough to understand beyond a single variable, yet believe they are smarter than everyone else and it is their job to tell the ignorant ones how to live.

As for whether she is breaking policy, that's for others with better understanding of the situation.
